Refund policy

1. Strict No-Cancellation Policy

All orders placed on our storefront are processed immediately into our automated fulfillment and international shipping pipelines.

  • Once an order is confirmed and payment is authorized, it cannot be canceled, modified, or redirected under any circumstances.

  • Please review your cart details, product selections, and international shipping address thoroughly before completing your checkout.

2. 7-Day Limited Return Window

We offer a strict 7-day return window from the date of delivery.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the exact condition that you received it: unworn, unused, unwashed, with all original tags fully attached, and in its original premium packaging.

  • Any item that shows signs of use, alteration, washing, or damage will be rejected immediately upon inspection at our warehouse and returned to the sender at their own expense.

  • Non-Returnable Items: Customized pieces, personalized items, monogrammed bags, and items purchased during clearance, vault sales, or promotional events are strictly final sale and cannot be returned.

3. Absolute Buyer Liability for Return Shipping Costs

To eliminate operational leakage on international freight, all return shipping fees, export clearances, and associated logistics costs are the sole structural responsibility of the buyer.

  • Kapda Studio does not provide pre-paid international return labels.

  • The buyer must use a trackable shipping service with premium shipping insurance covering the full retail value of the items. We accept no liability for return shipments that are lost, damaged, or delayed in transit by third-party carriers.

  • Customs, Duties, and Tariffs: Any import duties, clearance fees, or taxes levied upon the return shipment re-entering our fulfillment facility will be deducted directly from the buyer’s final refund amount.

4. International Delivery Refusals & Abandonment

If a delivery attempt fails or if a package is rejected/refused by the buyer at the destination border due to customs fees, local import taxes, or failure to coordinate with the courier:

  • The buyer remains entirely liable for the original shipping fee, the return freight cost charged by the carrier to bring the item back to our facility, and any processing fees.

  • These combined operational costs will be deducted directly from any potential refund. If the return freight costs exceed the value of the order, the package will be abandoned at the border and no refund will be issued.

5. Inspection and Refund Processing

  • Once your return package is delivered to our facility, it will undergo a mandatory quality assurance audit within 5 business days.

  • Upon approval, your refund will be processed exclusively for the net value of the product (excluding original shipping costs, processing fees, and any entry customs duties incurred by our warehouse).

  • Refunds will be issued solely to the original payment method utilized during checkouts. Please allow up to 7–10 business days for your international banking institution to clear and post the credit to your statement.
