  • Processing Time: All orders are packed and dispatched from our studio within 24–48 business hours.

  • Transit Timelines:

    • United States: 7–10 business days

    • United Kingdom: 6–9 business days

    • Australia: 8–11 business days

    • Rest of the World: 10–14 business days

  • Tracking: As soon as your order is dispatched, an automated tracking link will be sent directly to your email or phone number.

  • Duties & Customs: Orders are shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis. Any local import duties or customs clearance fees are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
